Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are manufacturer/factory.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally for normal mass production we need 14-15 days, it depends on the purchasing quantity.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer sample for testing. We charge the sample and refunded after the order was confirmed.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: For small order, we would prefer to have 100% paid before production.
For mass production order, 30%-40% paid before production, balance should be paid before shipment.
For other terms you may prefer, please let us know freely.
